Swanson is wife to Sam and mom to three school-aged children. When not supporting school leaders and staff, you'll find her scrambling to a basketball gym or soccer field somewhere to cheer on one of her three children.

“Brittany Swanson is a leader who is deeply committed to ensuring that every student receives a quality education. She brings with her a wealth of experience, a proven track record of success, and a passion for innovation and excellence. I am confident that she will be a valuable asset to Hutto ISD, guiding our district to new heights of academic achievement and innovation,” said Dr. Peña.
