Our Hutto ISD Parent and Family Engagement’s second annual Reading Bus Tour is on a roll again! Our goal is to inspire families to read together, and encourage lifelong reading. Families are joining us at local parks and pools to hear stories being read aloud. Catch one of us in a special costume as we read a special story in our festively decorated school bus!! Kids can receive a free bookmark and sticker, snack from our Hutto ISD Child Nutrition Department, and best of all, look through our many crates to select some free books! Connecting with friends from school or meeting new friends is easy through a mutual love of a great book. New to the Reading Bus Tour this year is a fun BINGO reading challenge to complete over the Summer to have the chance to receive a special prize in the Fall. Don’t miss out on the adventure! The Reading Bus is parked for 2 hours at each stop, so there’s plenty of time to stop by and say hello. We can’t wait to see you!
