Puberty Education Resources

Puberty Education Resources

Growing up brings many physical, emotional and social changes for children and adolescents. Hutto ISD provides these resources to help families navigate age-appropriate conversations about puberty, personal health and development.

Parents and caregivers are a child's first and most important teachers. Open communication can help children better understand the changes they experience and build confidence during this important stage of growth.

Family Tip: Children often have questions about growing up before they ask them out loud. Creating a safe, supportive environment for discussion helps children feel comfortable seeking information from trusted adults.
