Hutto ISD Celebrates Black History Month
Hutto ISD proudly celebrates Black History Month! Please join us throughout February as we highlight the many contributions of Hutto's Black community, past and present.

Hutto ISD campuses will be hosting different celebrations, assemblies, projects, and daily lessons to celebrate Black History Month. Events open to the public are listed below. Please contact the campus directly for further details about any planned events.

To provide a rich resource about Black history, the Smithsonian's National Museum of African American History and Culture (NMAAHC) launched its newest digital initiative—the Searchable Museum. The Searchable Museum reaches beyond the walls of the museum to provide a virtual experience that includes a multimedia presentation of historical narratives, collections and other educational resources. Explore the virtual museum here.
