Welcome to Kindergarten Dual Language! My name is Carolina Macedo and this will be my third year teaching at Ray Elementary. In 2019, I earned a master's degree in Elementary Education from Texas State University. I also hold a bachelor's in Psychology and a minor in Family and Child Development. I am an active volunteer in the community and enjoy working with children and seeing them grow. My husband and I have been married for twenty two years; we have two young daughters ages five and eight. I enjoy traveling with my family, the outdoors, and music events. I am excited to spend this year learning, growing, and building a classroom community along your side. Andale Hippos!!

¡Bienvenido a Kinder Lenguaje Dual! Mi nombre es Carolina Macedo y este será mi tercer año enseñando en la escuela primaria de Ray. En el 2019, obtuve una maestría en educación primaria de la Universidad Texas State y también tengo una licenciatura en psicología y una especialización en desarrollo familiar e infantil. Soy voluntaria en la comunidad y disfruto trabajar con niños y verlos crecer. He estado casada con mi esposo durante veintidos años y tenemos dos niñas de cinco y ocho años. Disfruto viajar con mi familia, el aire libre y eventos musicales. Estoy emocionada de pasar este año aprendiendo, creciendo y construyendo una comunidad en el salón de clases a su lado. ¡¡Andale Hippos!!
