Join us in giving back to the Hutto ISD community at this year’s Back to School Rally, Saturday, July 29 from 9-11 a.m. at Hutto Memorial Stadium. With your support, the district can provide a free backpack, school supplies, student health services, and other resources to ensure all students in Hippo Nation kick off the new school year healthy, happy, and ready to learn.

Back to School Rally Vendor Opportunities

Premium Space (Includes electricity, only 8 spots):  $300

Regular Space:  $250

Non-Profit Space:  $150

Vendors reserving booth space must provide their own tent, table, and chairs. We encourage individuals and organizations to decorate their area, and to offer activities (bean bag toss, coloring, etc.) and promotional items. Product sales, candy and food items will not be allowed. All materials and displays should follow Hutto ISD school policy and be age appropriate. Water will be provided.

If you plan to attend the BTS Rally the following supplies will be given out on a first-come, first-served basis:  Backpacks, Pencil Boxes, Crayons, Pencils, Markers, Glue Sticks, Glue Bottles, Pink Erasers, Colored Pencils, Red Pens, Black Pens, Index Cards, Notebook Paper, Dividers, Binders, Composition Books, and Highlighters.
