I am excited to be starting my fourth year at Howard Norman Elementary as the Dyslexia Therapist. This is my 9th year of teaching students with dyslexia after 7 years of teaching 5th and 6th graders. I am married to Chip and we share our home with our 3 dogs. I have 2 grown daughters Jennifer and Tiffany and 3 wonderful grandchildren Jaclyn, Joey and Victoria. When I am not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my family and watching my grandchildren grow up.

I am dedicated to make all students realize their potential and to learn to enjoy what they can discover in a book.
