Tickets

  • Press/Media Pass Hutto Memorial Stadium (Football, Soccer, Track)  All football media, photographer and sideline pass requests must be submitted via email to  hhs.stadium@huttoisd.net no later than 48 hours prior to the day of the event. Please include your name, the media party you represent, your cell number, and if you are requesting sideline access, press box access, or both. Emailing does not guarantee access to that event due to limited availability (press box).  You will be notified by email if the request was approved or denied.

    Hutto Memorial Stadium is a no-cross over facility.  If you purchase a HOME side ticket, you must enter on the HOME side.  If you purchase a VISITOR ticket, you must enter on the VISITOR side.  You will not be able to walk across to the other side of the facility.  We appreciate your assistance in helping to maintain the safety and security of the facility.

    Hutto Independent School District has moved to an online cashless ticket sales system. All tickets must be purchased online (Etix.com) for both home and visiting fans for all upcoming athletic events. A generated QR code ticket link will be available at the entrance for onsite purchases. All Hutto ISD athletic venues will observe a Clear Bag Policy to enhance existing security measures.

    All Hutto ISD venues will adhere to a NO outside food, drinks (Yeti style cups, included) and cooler policy.  

    All ticket sales are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. All sales are final.  Refunds and exchanges are only allowed in limited circumstances such as rainouts prior to events starting, game cancellations and venue changes outside of Hutto ISD. No re-entry is allowed at any venue once a ticket has been scanned.  If you exit the venue, you will need to purchase a new ticket for re-entry. 

    The following passes will be accepted during the 2023-2024 school year.  District 12-6A, THSCA, Hutto ISD employee badges and Hutto ISD Senior Gold Card (can be obtained at the Kile West Memorial Fieldhouse at Hutto HS.)

    ADA/Accessibility

    Hutto Memorial Stadium is decided as a fan-friendly stadium where accessibility needs were considered throughout the development process. Ramps are located on both the Northwest, Northeast and Southeast side of the stadium to assist in transition to elevated positions. An elevator is available upon request on the West side of the stadium for access to the second floor mezzanine viewing area.

    Age

    There is not a minimum age requirement to attend events at Hutto Memorial Stadium. However, the general guidance is that children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult. It is the parent or legal guardian’s responsibility of those under the age of 14 should an emergency happen. Children aged four (4) and under do not need a ticket to enter the stadium.

    Alcohol 

    Alcoholic beverages are not allowed on the property of Hutto Independent School District nor inside Hutto Memorial Stadium. Those with alcohol or consuming alcohol will be removed from the stadium.  

    Animals

    Animals are not permitted inside Hutto Memorial Stadium. However, we welcome guests with disabilities and their service animals or service animals in training. While not mandatory, we encourage guests with service animals to contact Guest Services (hhs.stadium@huttoisd.net) in advance to appropriately accommodate the needs of the guest and their animal.

    Baby Changing Stations

    Baby changing stations are located at the Northwest and Southwest public restroom areas of the stadium.

    Bag Policy

    Hutto ISD and Hutto Memorial Stadium have a clear bag policy in effect to enhance the existing security measures and expedite venue entry at all events. Click here for more information.

    Binoculars

    Binoculars are permitted in the stadium, subject to inspection at all entrances. Binocular cases are not allowed per the clear bag policy.

    Box Office

    Etix.com is available online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for the purchase of event tickets. All tickets must be purchased online. Hutto Memorial Stadium will provide a QR code at the stadium entrance to scan and purchase using your mobile device. We recommend you purchase your tickets prior to your arrival for the event to help expedite venue entry.

    Broadcasting

    Watch The Hippos offers live coverage of all Hutto Varsity Football games, home and away. All broadcasting requests from visiting teams can email the Hutto Athletic Department at athletics@huttoisd.net.

    Cameras

    Photos taken at any Hutto Memorial Stadium event should never be used for commercial purposes unless granted written approval from the Hutto Independent School District, Hutto Athletic Department and Hutto Memorial Stadium.

    All camera bags that enter the stadium are subject to search upon entry.  Monopods, tripods and selfie sticks are prohibited.

    Code of Conduct

    Hutto Independent School District, Hutto Athletic Department and Hutto Memorial Stadium are committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for all fans visiting. We are also committed to hosting an environment free of discrimination and harassment against other fans, players and/or officials.

    The following conduct is prohibited inside Hutto Memorial Stadium and all parking lots, facilities and areas controlled by the Hutto Independent School District:

    • Behavior that is unruly, disruptive, threatening, or violent in nature, including verbal or physical harassment of officials, players, staff or fans.

    • Conduct that results in damage to the venue or other personal property.

    • Displaying signs, symbols, images, using language or making gestures that are threatening, abusive, or discriminatory, including on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, ability, and/or sexual orientation.

    • Displaying signs, symbols, or images for commercial purposes or for electioneering, campaigning, or advocating for or against any candidate, political party, legislative issue, or government action.

    • Entering or attempting to enter the field, field track, or any other location other than that permitted by a fan’s ticket or credential.

    • Possession of an unauthorized pyrotechnic device, smoke or firework or other Prohibited Items.*

    • Throwing objects of any kind, including streamers.

    • Failing to follow requests from venue staff regarding stadium operations, policies, and emergency response procedures.

    • Irresponsible use or consumption of alcohol or other substances.

    • Any behavior that otherwise targets other fans or interferes with other fans’ enjoyment of the game.

     

    Any fan who violates any of these provisions may be subject to penalty, including, but not limited to ejection without refund, loss of ticket privileges for future games and revocation of season tickets. Any fan that conducts themselves in an extremely disruptive or dangerous manner and/or commits multiple violations during a 12-month period may be banned from attending future events for up to a year or longer. Depending on the nature and severity of the violation, individuals who violate this Fan Code of Conduct may be required to submit a written request for readmission and participate in an online Fan Code of Conduct Education Class (FCEC) to be reinstated.  

    Please note that the Hutto Independent School District, Hutto Athletics and  Hutto Memorial Stadium reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who has engaged in harassment of officials, opposing team members, staff, or other fans or who have otherwise violated this code of conduct.

    Concessions

    Hutto Memorial Stadium has concessions located at the Northwest , Southwest and South ends of the stadium.  Depending on the type of event being held, not all concession locations will be available. All concession sales for Hutto ISD Athletic events are cashless.

    Donation Requests

    Requests for items for non-profit/charitable purposes must be submitted to the Hutto Athletic Department. For more information, please contact Jodi.Hawkins@Huttoisd.net

    Drop Off/ Pick Up Area

    Hutto Independent School District, Hutto Athletics and Hutto Memorial Stadium recommend that children under the age of 14 not be dropped off at any event. Please see AGE for more information.

    Drones

    Drones are prohibited at all Hutto Memorial Stadium events. For those looking a conditional exemption to the policy, please contact Hutto Memorial Stadium Management at HHS.Stadium@huttoisd.net

    Elevators

    Hutto Memorial Stadium has one elevator located on the West side of the stadium within the press box. Elevator access is available upon request on the West side of the stadium for access to the second floor mezzanine viewing area. 

    Emergency Evacuation Plan

    In the event of an emergency, listen for instructions from the public address announcer.  Event Staff, Campus Security and Law Enforcement will direct you to the closest safe exit. Please aid other fans who may need your assistance. All exits and emergency exits are clearly marked.

    Etix Ticketing

    Tickets for all Hutto ISD events are available at Etix.com and search for Hutto Memorial Stadium. 

    Event Staff

    Hutto Memorial Stadium will have event staff at all Hutto ISD athletic events. For any questions or concerns during the event, please contact any event staff located throughout the stadium.

    Facility

    Hutto Memorial Stadium was originally built in 1998 while Hutto Athletics was classified as a 2A school district. In 2021, the stadium was remodeled from a capacity of 4,700 to 10,500 adding new concession stands, restrooms and visitor field house. 

    Family Restrooms

    Hutto Memorial Stadium offers two family restrooms located on the Northwest and Southwest side of the stadium near the concession stands.

    Field Access

    Only authorized persons with proper credentials are allowed on the field. Fans entering the field area without proper credentials are subject to eviction and arrests. Credentials for field access are not available for purchase.  Please contact the Hutto Memorial Stadium Office at HHS.Stadium@Huttoisd.net to request field access for an upcoming event.

    First Aid

    Should you or someone in your seating section require first aid assistance, please find the nearest Event Staff member to assist you.

    Food and Beverages

    Hutto Memorial Stadium offers concessions at all Hutto ISD athletic events. Outside food and beverages will not be allowed into the stadium at any time. This includes Yeti style cups and containers. Water can be purchased at the concession stands during the event. 

    Gate Opening

    Gates will generally open thirty minutes (30) to ninety (90) minutes prior to the start of most events. This is subject to change depending on the type of event being hosted. Please be sure to check ticket information for updates.

    Guest Service

    Event staff can be found at the main entrance and throughout the stadium.  Please reach out to any of them should you need assistance.  

    Lost and Found

    All lost and found items are turned into the Hutto Memorial Stadium Manager during and at the end of each event. Guests inquiring about lost items should email HHS.Stadium@huttoisd.net.

    Lost Guests

    To report guests who have become separated from you, find the nearest Event Staff member for further assistance. Those that have been found will be taken to the Team Spirit Store on the home side of Hutto Memorial Stadium.

    Merchandise

    The Team Spirit Store is located on the Main Concourse behind Section C and Section D. While school is in session, this store is only open during Hutto ISD athletic events. During the summer, the store is open four (4) days a week, Monday to Thursday, from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM. Dates and times are subject to change. 

    Noisemakers

    Hutto Independent School District and Hutto Memorial Stadium prohibit artificial noisemakers from being brought inside the stadium. This includes, but not limited to, all horns (including air horns). Prohibited items will be confiscated.

    Parking

    Hutto Memorial Stadium has two (2) onsite parking lots and one (1) offsite parking lot for events.

    • West Lot (Home): Accessed Northbound via Chris Kelley Blvd 

    • East Lot (Visitors): Accessed North and Southbound via W. Front St.

    • Additional Parking (Home & Visitors): Accessed Eastbound via Carl Stern Dr.

     

    Payment Methods

    Hutto Memorial Stadium is a Cashless Facility.

    Prohibited Items

    The following items are prohibited at Hutto Memorial Stadium. These are subject to change based on the event type and at the discretion of Hutto Independent School District, Hutto Athletics and Hutto Memorial Stadium.

    • Aerosol Cans

    • Alcoholic beverages

    • Animals (except for service animals)

    • Backpacks, purses, fanny packs, printed pattern plastic bags, reusable grocery totes, mesh or straw bags, duffle bags, large totes

    • Bags (except for childcare, medical and those 4.5”x 6.5,” approx. size of an adult hand or a woman’s clutch purse)

    • Balls, unless purchased during the event at the Team Spirit Store (deflated)

    • Balloons

    • Clothing containing offensive, inciting, or foul language or depictions

    • Clothing containing wires, batteries, or other electronic components

    • Coolers of any shape and size (except for medical)

    • Flags and Flagpoles unless coordinated with Hutto Memorial Stadium Management.

    • Fireworks or other explosives

    • Frisbees

    • Glass bottles or cans

    • Illegal drugs

    • Inflatable objects

    • Large Bags (see clear bag policy)

    • Laser Pointers

    • Marketing collaterals such as pamphlets, fliers, product samples,etc unless approved by Hutto Memorial Stadium Management.

    • Musical instruments unless coordinated with Hutto Memorial Stadium Management.

    • Artificial noise makers including, but not limited to air horns, whistles, etc.

    • Outside food and beverages of any kind - Exceptions will be made for medical conditions and/or special needs.

    • Signs, banners, or flags displaying symbols, images, using language or making gestures that are threatening, abusive, or discriminatory, including on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, ability, and/or sexual orientation are prohibited.

    • Signs, symbols or images displayed for the commercial purposes or for electioneering, campaigning, or advocating for or against any candidate, political party, legislative issues, or government action is prohibited.

    • Skateboards, roller skates, skates, hoverboards, scooters, etc.

    • Stickers, decals, or other items with adhesives

    • Streamers and/or confetti

    • Use of tobacco products and associated paraphernalia including but not limited to lighters, vaporizers, vaporizer cartridges, etc.

    • Tripods, monopods, and selfie sticks

    • Umbrellas are prohibited

    • Unmanned and remote-controlled aircraft systems (Drones)

    • Weapons of any kind or item deemed dangerous by Hutto Independent School District, Hutto ISD Police Department, Hutto ISD Campus Security and Hutto Memorial Stadium.

    • 2-Way radio devices

    Refunds

    Re-Entry Policy

    In accordance with Hutto Independent School District security procedures, guests are not permitted to exit and re-enter the stadium using the same ticket. If you exit the stadium, you will need to purchase a new ticket for re-entry.

    Restrooms

    Restrooms are located at the North and South concession stands of the stadium. Depending on the type of event, not all restrooms will be available.

    Seatbacks

    Individual game seat backs are allowed into the stadium.

    Security

    Suspicious activity, disruptive fans and guest-related problems should be reported to an Event Staff Member, Campus Security Officer or Police Officer immediately. Fans showing disregard for others, the stadium, teams and/or officials may be ejected from the facility. Ejected fans are not allowed to return for the remainder of the event. Re-entry by an ejected fan is grounds for arrest.

    Signs and Banners

    Signs and banners are prohibited at Hutto Memorial Stadium.

    Smoking and Tobacco Use Policy

    Hutto Independent School District and Hutto Memorial Stadium are a smoke-free facility.  Smoking and the use of other tobacco products are PROHIBITED in all areas of the stadium, parking lots and Hutto ISD facilities. Violators of this policy may be ejected from the stadium. All season ticket members are responsible for their conduct as well as the conduct of their guests and/or persons using their tickets.

    Social Media

    Hutto Memorial Stadium along with Hutto Athletics and Hutto Independent School District offer fans several choices to receive official updates and other timely news. These pages can be found using Facebook, Twitter, and the internet by using their search feature. 

    Souvenirs

    Visit the Team Spirit Shop located inside Hutto Memorial Stadium just under Section C and Section D on the West side of the stadium.

    Special Announcements

    Special Announcements on the public address system and scoreboard are limited per event. To announce or display birthday, anniversary or other personal messages on the public address system or scoreboard, please reach out to the Hutto Memorial Stadium office at HHS.Stadium@Huttoisd.net one full week in advance.

    Stadium Office Information

    The stadium office can be found inside Hutto Memorial Stadium and hours of operation can vary depending on the time of the year.

    Strollers

    Strollers are permitted at Hutto Memorial Stadium but should never be stored in an aisle or stairway. Event Staff personnel can help with a proper storage location for any strollers. Event Staff are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal property. For further information, please contact HHS.Stadium@Huttoisd.net.

    Tailgating

    Tailgating is not permitted on Hutto Independent School District property, which includes the operated lots of Hutto Memorial Stadium (West Lot, East Lot and Elementary School and Middle School Parking Lots).

    Traffic Impact

    It is important to follow directions corresponding to the event you plan to attend. Traffic and parking information has been provided to visiting school districts, coaches and staff.

    Weather

    All Hutto ISD Athletic events are rain or shine. In the case of inclement weather, Hutto Memorial Stadium will notify fans if weather conditions require safety steps to minimize risks.

    Weapons

    No weapons of any kind are permitted in Hutto Memorial Stadium, Kile G. West Field House or any Hutto Independent School District facility. Any individual carrying a weapon on site must secure their weapon in their vehicle or other property prior to entering the stadium. This policy does not include weapons used by off-duty law enforcement officers. For more information, please contact the Hutto ISD Police Department at 512-759-4711

    Will Call

    Requests for Field Access, Press & Photography Passes and Press Box access can be emailed to HHS.Stadium@Huttoisd.net. Once approved, wristbands can be collected at the Ticket Booth in both the East and West Ticket Booth with proper identification.
