My name is Mrs. DeAnda and this is my fifth year teaching music at VHES! I love sharing my passion for music and all of the performing arts with my students here. I have a BM in Music Performance and am certified to teach Music EC-12 :)

We have an exciting year ahead of us with many new songs, dances and games to look forward to. Providing my students with a strong musical foundation at a young age is something I believe helps further their desire for learning in all subject areas and gives them the opportunity to express themselves in the most powerful way.

Things I enjoy doing in my spare time are performing in musical theatre shows, pintresting, crafting, eating sushi and having awesome adventures with my three year old daughter, Aria Rose. She is my little ray of sunshine!
