Hey, everybody! My name is Joe DeLeon, and I am the Parent Support Specialist for Hutto ISD. Hutto has some of the best people on the planet and I consider myself so fortunate to be able to work with this district’s families. I earned my bachelor’s degree from Criswell College and my master’s degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. I have received teaching certifications in physical education and technology applications. My wife, Liza, is a fifth-grade teacher at Ray Elementary. We have four amazing children: Marisa is a senior at The University of Texas at Austin, Cristina is a sophomore at The University of Texas at Austin, Daniel is a freshman at Texas A&M University, and Josiah is a junior at Hutto High School. You can say that we have a house-divided! In my spare time, I enjoy watching sports, fishing with my sons, and working on classic cars.
