My name is Mrs. Bielfeldt, but I go by Mrs. Beef.  I was born and raised in San Antonio Texas.  My husband and I lived in Hawaii while he was in the Marine Corps.  I attended St. Mary's University in San Antonio.  I have been teaching since 2005.  I started at Ronald Reagan HS in San Antonio.  This will be my 5th year as a Hutto Hippo.  I will be teaching Government and Economic. I will also be the Virtual teacher for Economics and Government for those who chose 100% Virtual for the 2020-2021 school year.

This school year will give us a lot to experiences in Government with the upcoming elections both state and national.  In Economics I like to show you how your money works in real situations.  We can have discussions about how COVID-19 has changed the economy.
