    Welcome to The Little Hippo Child Development Center
    Hours of operation:  6:35am-5:40pm
     Hutto Independent School District offers the CDC for children beginning at six weeks old through four years old for employees of Hutto ISD only. This play-based, education-focused child development center supports the district's commitment to recruiting and retaining outstanding employees by providing quality benefits, such as the child development center.
     
    Tuition is offered at a reduced rate and is based on a ten-month enrollment with equal monthly tuition fees deducted from the employee's pay from the months of September through June.
     
    Children are nurtured in an environment that meets the developmental needs of each individual child. Parents are encouraged to partner as a team with the center's staff to ensure that the child's total well-being is a priority in their emerging development. 
     
    New Location: The Little Hippo is next door to Nadine Johnson Elementary school, at the back of the east parking lot and across from NJES playground (480 Carl Stern Drive, Hutto, TX 78634).
