Hello,

     My name is Jane Clarke and I am excited to be your child’s preK teacher this year.  I have taught in Hutto for 18 years, the first 10 in preK, the next 7 in Kindergarten, and back to PreK last year.  Early childhood education is a passion of mine, and I am excited to have returned to preK. I want every child to realize that he or she is capable and resourceful, and I want to prepare your child to be a life-long learner who believes, “I can.”  

     When I am not at school, I like to kayak, read, garden, play outside, travel, and sing karaoke. 

      If you would like to visit the classroom or eat lunch with your student, you will need to go to the office first to sign in and get a visitor’s name tag. Please give your child some time to adjust before coming in the middle of the day. If you have questions or observations, or if you would like to volunteer, please let me know.
