• We have two field trips coming up in April. For both trips, every student MUST have two completed permission slips returned to school no later than the day BEFORE. District policy states that we cannot allow a child to go on a trip if he/she does not have both forms completed and signed by a legal guardian. Be sure to read all information we send home to ensure your child is properly prepared for these trips.

Ms. Warring

My name is Lisa Warring. I graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in Early Childhood. I am also ESL-certified, which means I have training and experience working with children whose first language is not English. This is my fourteenth year in education, thirteen of which have been in Hutto ISD as a pre-k teacher. I live with my husband and our 3 cats. My favorite colors are blue and green, I enjoy traveling and reading, and I collect stuffed animals, especially teddy bears.

I firmly believe student success depends on parental involvement, so I ask that you stay informed of what is happening at school and maintain open contact with me – whether in person, on the phone, or through written communication. Also, check your child's folder daily and visit this page regularly for information about our class. Together, we can make your child's first year of school memorable!
