HB 1605
Dear Parents and Guardians,
We are writing to inform you that House Bill 1605, passed in the 88th Legislative Session, allows parents the right to review tests in person and review instructional materials in person or through a parent portal. At this time, Hutto ISD will provide this access either in person or through your child’s web-based Classlink account. This access extends to instructional material pertaining to each subject area in which the student is enrolled except for tests that have not yet been administered to the student and the student’s graded assignments. At the current time, many of our core curriculum resource vendors have not yet created parental access for parents to view online.
