Back To School Rally

Event Overview

Join us in giving back to the Hutto ISD community at this year’s Back to School Rally, Tuesday, July 22 from 6-8 p.m. at Hutto Memorial Stadium.

The district will hold its annual Back to School Rally on Tuesday, July 22 from 6-8 p.m. at Hutto Memorial Stadium. Representatives from all campuses, registration, transportation, technology, food service and health services will be on site.

The following supplies will be given out to Hutto ISD students on a first-come, first-served basis: backpacks, composition books, crayons, loose-leaf paper, color pencils, pencils, pens, pocket folders, scissors, glue sticks, Expo marker packages and tissues.

School Supplies

Join us in giving back to the Hutto ISD community at this year’s Back to School Rally, Tuesday, July 22 from 6-8 p.m. at Hutto Memorial Stadium. With your support, the District can provide a free backpack, school supplies, student health services, and other resources to ensure all students in Hippo Nation kick off the new school year healthy, happy, and ready to learn.

To participate as a sponsor, business owners or non-profit entities purchase school supplies by making a donation to sponsor a school supply item. Doing so earns you a spot on the track. Space is limited! Participants may also choose to donate without staffing a table. All will be recognized as donors on our scoreboard and by announcers during the event, on social media and our website. The deadline to register as a vendor is June 24.

Sponsors reserving booth space must provide their own tent, table, and chairs. We encourage individuals and organizations to decorate their area, and to offer activities (bean bag toss, coloring, etc.) and promotional items. Product sales, candy and food items will not be allowed. All materials and displays should follow Hutto ISD school policy and be age appropriate. Water will be provided.
