About the Event
What Is the Back to School Rally?
Hutto ISD's annual Back to School Rally is one of the most beloved community events of the year. More than 3,000 Hutto families gather at Hutto Memorial Stadium every summer to kick off the new school year together — equipped, excited, and ready to learn.
Representatives from all campuses, registration, transportation, technology, food service, and health services are on site. Supplies are distributed to enrolled Hutto ISD students on a first-come, first-served basis while quantities last.
This event is open to enrolled Hutto ISD families only.

** Jumbotron advertising and digital newsletter advertising are available to cash-paying sponsors only. In-kind sponsors receive event-day recognition (booth, announcements, slideshow, social media) but are not eligible for jumbotron or newsletter ad benefits.

Vendor & Booth Guidelines
Sponsors with booth space must provide their own tent, table, and chairs.
Decorate your area! Activities (bean bag toss, coloring, etc.) and promotional items are encouraged.
Water will be provided to all vendors on site.
All materials and displays must be age-appropriate and consistent with Hutto ISD school policy.
No product sales, candy, or food items at vendor booths.
Financial contributions are also welcome. All donors are recognized at the event, on social media, and our website.
