Community Flyer Distribution

Hutto ISD partners with approved community organizations to share information about educational, enrichment, and recreational opportunities for students and families. As part of our commitment to environmental responsibility and efficient communication, all flyers are now distributed electronically.

💲 Flyer distribution is $100 per flyer
✔️ Flyers can be sent to as many Hutto ISD schools as appropriate

How to Submit a Flyer

To request flyer approval and digital distribution through Hutto ISD, please complete the submission form linked below. Once payment is made and your flyer is approved, your flyer will be shared with the appropriate campuses and included in their digital communications.

Guidelines for Approval

Flyers must meet the following criteria:

  • Serve an educational, recreational, or enrichment purpose for students and families
     
  • Be appropriate for the age group and audience selected
     
  • Include accurate contact information and event details
     
  • Not promote commercial, political, or religious content
     
  • Payment is received via the Hutto ISD RevTrak system
     

A standard disclaimer must be added to all approved flyers to clarify that the activity or event is not sponsored by Hutto ISD. For example, "Approval of distribution of these materials is in no way an endorsement of such services, activities, and/or products by the Hutto Independent School District."

  • Please allow up to five business days for review. If approved, your flyer will be shared digitally with the relevant school communities.
     
  • Please note that payments received after 5:00 pm on Friday's will result in the flyer being sent out the following Monday.
