The Hutto ISD Communications and Community Relations Department facilitates clear, timely and meaningful communication across the district and throughout the community.
Connecting Hutto ISD & Our Community
Our goal is to promote community awareness of Hutto ISD, address important issues, encourage participation and increase community involvement. The department works to ensure open communication and a strong understanding of the district, its initiatives and its accomplishments.
What We Do
The Communications and Community Relations Department supports districtwide communication, storytelling, outreach and engagement in a variety of ways.
Community Relations
Building connections between Hutto ISD, families and the community.
Media Relations
Coordinating district communication with local and regional media.
Marketing
Promoting district programs, opportunities, events and initiatives.
Crisis Communication
Supporting timely and accurate communication during emergencies.
Recognition
Highlighting the achievements of students, staff and campuses.
Business & Community Outreach
Strengthening partnerships with organizations and businesses.
Election Oversight
Supporting district communication and information related to elections.
Bond Communication
Providing clear communication about district bond initiatives and projects.
