Free & Reduced Meal Information

New Online Meal Payment & Free/Reduced Application Website

• We have implemented a new School Cafe system for online payments and meal applications for the 2024-2025 school year. To utilize this system, please visit School Cafe or any cafeteria register for meal payments.

• Here's what you need to know:

  • Account Creation: You must create a new account at School Cafe to continue making payments toward your student’s meals.
  • Meal Application Submission: Click on “Create a new account” to begin the process. You will need the following information to link your student(s) to your account: First Name, Last Name, and Date of Birth.
  • Payment Transition: Please note that due to this change, parents cannot make payments in the previous system. Balances in the old system will be transferred to the new system.

Dedicated to Ensuring Nutritious Meals for All Students

• We are dedicated to ensuring that all our students have access to nutritious meals throughout the upcoming school year. To simplify and expedite the process, we encourage families to complete the Application for Free and Reduced-Price School Meals online. These online applications will be accessible starting in July, providing a convenient way to apply.
• If you prefer a paper copy of the application, rest assured that these forms will be available in the front office of your child’s school.
• We are thrilled to announce that all Hutto ISD students will receive FREE BREAKFAST in our cafeterias for the 2024-2025 school year. This initiative is designed to promote the health and well-being of our students.
• Meal Prices:
  • Elementary: $2.85
  • Secondary (6-12): $3.10
  • Adult Meal: Breakfast $3.25 & Lunch $4.25
