About Campaign Finance Reports
House Bill 2626, which took effect on September 1, 2023, requires all districts, regardless of size, to post campaign finance reports filed with the district on the district website no later than the 10th business day after receipt.
10 Business Days
Reports filed with the district must be posted on the district website no later than the 10th business day after receipt.
Address Information
The district may remove each portion, other than the city, state and zip code, of the address of a person listed as having made a political contribution to the person filing the report.
Five Years
Reports must remain accessible on the website for five years.
