KNOW BEFORE YOU GO
ANIMALS
Animals are NOT permitted into any Hutto ISD athletic facility, including Hutto Memorial Stadium. We welcome guests with disabilities and their service animals or service animals in training. While not mandatory, we encourage guest with service animals to contact Guest Services in advance to appropriately accommodate the needs of the guest and their animal.
Under the State of Texas Disability Law & Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), service animals must be harnessed, leashed or tethered unless the individual's disability prevents using these devices or these devices interfere with the service animal's safe, effective performance of task. In that case, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal or other effective controls.
Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. The work or task a service animal has been trained to provide must be directly related to the person's disability.
Animals who sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as a service animal under ADA.
CROSSOVER
Due to recent construction around Hutto High School and minimal parking on the home side of the stadium, crossing over from the Visitor side to the Home side of the stadium will be allowed only at the Northeast corner of the stadium. Home fans parking on the visitor side can use this gate to enter and cross over.
PASSES ACCEPTED: 2024-2025 SCHOOL YEAR
The following passes will only be accepted during the 2024-2025 school year: District 25-6A, THSADA, THSCA, TGCA, Hutto ISD employee badge (plus 1 extra person) and the Hutto ISD Senior Gold Card (can be obtained at the Kile G. West Memorial Fieldhouse at Hutto High School.)
TICKETS
Hutto ISD has moved to an online cashless ticket sales system. All athletic event tickets must be purchased online at Etix.com for both home and visiting fans for all upcoming athletic events. We highly recommend purchasing your tickets in advance to ensure a smooth entry. A generated QR code ticket link will be available at the entrance for onsite purchases.
Please have your mobile tickets ready to scan for your entry.
TICKET REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
All athletic ticket sales are final. Refunds and exchanges are only allowed in limited circumstances such as rainouts prior to events starting, game cancellations and venue changes outside of Hutto ISD. Re-entry is NOT allowed at any venue once a ticket has been scanned. If you exit the venue, you will need to purchase a new ticket for re-entry. Re-entry will not be allowed at Hutto Memorial Stadium during the football season once the 4th quarter has started for safety purposes.
If and when a game resumes following a stadium evacuation, only a ticket stub is required for re-entry.
