Attendance Information

Regular attendance helps students stay connected, keep pace with learning and build strong school habits. Families should send absence information to the appropriate campus attendance office.

Reporting an Absence

For an absence to be considered excused, please provide the following information in a note or email to the campus attendance office.

Student Name Include the student’s first and last name.

Grade & ID Include the student’s grade and student ID number, if known.

Date(s) List the date or dates of the absence.

Reason Provide the reason for the absence.

Parent Contact Include the parent or guardian name and contact information.

Helpful tip: Sending complete information helps campus staff process attendance documentation more quickly.
