School Report Card

School Report Cards help parents and guardians understand campus performance, accountability ratings and key school information in one state-issued report.

What Is a School Report Card?

The School Report Card combines accountability ratings, data from the Texas Academic Performance Reports and financial information to provide a broad view of campus performance. School Report Cards are available for every Texas public school and are intended specifically to inform parents and guardians about a school’s individual characteristics and academic performance.

Accountability Ratings Includes state accountability information that helps describe campus performance.
TAPR Data Uses information from Texas Academic Performance Reports to provide additional campus context.
Financial Information Provides financial information as part of a broader picture of each campus.
Definitions: The information included in the School Report Card is briefly described in the “School Report Card Definitions.”
