Welcome to 8th Grade Health!

  • Health is a vital component of education that teaches adolescents how to properly care for themselves and others as they prepare to transition into adulthood. This one-semester course is designed to give students the tools they need to live a long, healthy, and happy life.

    Health is more than just exercising and watching what we eat! In this class, we will explore a variety of health topics that will empower students with knowledge and skills for a multitude of health challenges they may face. Example topics include:

      • Social relationships & Online social relationships

      • Prescription vs. over-the-counter vs. illegal drugs
