My name is Julie Dinkel. I am a 2nd Grade teacher at Ray Elementary.  This is my 15th year as an elementary school teacher.  I have taught 1st through 4th grade.  This is my 7th year at Ray Elementary. I have been in 3rd grade the last 5 years.  I am excited to be moving back to 2nd grade this year.
